Background:
Wanderlust: Born in France, Aude began travelling while studying economics and languages. She gained independence through a variety of life experiences in different countries, communities, and settings. Among the places she has explored, she has spent a significant amount of time in Germany, Palestine, Nepal, India, Mexico, the USA, and now the United Kingdom.
Passionate: Aude is often stirred by existential questions, and her search for answers leads her to explore diverse perspectives, unconventional ideas, and a wide range of experiences. Over time, she found her anchor in osteopathy—a field where the study of the human being is endless, where answers are as abundant as the questions, and where she can share her passion for reconnecting with nature through her encounters around the world.

Professional Rebirth:
2018. Aude enrolled at the Centre International d’Ostéopathie before transferring to the European School of Osteopathy in Kent, UK.
2023. She graduated with a master’s degree and began working in Norfolk alongside experienced osteopath Averille Morgan.
She continues to deepen her expertise in osteopathic care for families, with a focus on craniosacral touch.
– Integrated family system osteopath model (Averille)
– Body-Mind Centering ®: Somatic Movement Education and Infant Developmental Movement Education programs.
– Art of attunement and in-depth listening skill
Artistic Process:
Curiosity: the world is an eye-opener for her —a place where people express emotions through their cultural environments and connect with family and communities in diverse ways. That is how Aude gets inspired.
Creative: Aude has a passion for artistic self-development in its many forms. Through music, art therapy, dance, drawing, painting, and philosophy, she has developed a unique perspective on life, allowing her to offer holistic and creative support to her patients.
Education: Looking ahead, Aude envisions expanding her passion of body awareness and movements by facilitating Contact Improvisation group sessions, exploring Body-Mind Centering® from the Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen education school, and organising music events.

Philosophy of Care
Complexities: Aude views the body as a unified whole, where different systems continuously communicate and influence one another. Modern society is complex and evolving at an unprecedented rate. Osteopathy constantly reassesses itself to help clients adapt to the challenges of contemporary life.
Principles.
- Body’s innate ability to self-heal within its environment through immune regulation and functional efficiency.
- Interaction of fluid dynamics, neurological tone, and musculoskeletal reflex patterns.
- Five E’s of Health: embodied, embedded, enacted, emotive, and extended.
- Self-Leadership 8 Cs (IFS model): curiosity, calmness, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, connectedness.
Her approach is primarily craniosacral (gentle touch), but she also incorporates a range of techniques, including structural, fascial, and soft tissue methods, as well as muscle energy techniques. Treatment is tailored to each person, based on their unique needs and what their body requires.
She looks forward to meeting and working with you and feels honoured to be part of your healing journey.
