In line with the traditional philosophy of Osteopathy, I offer hands-on treatments & care for individuals, the whole family & communities. My tools are the value of softness, transparence, trauma-informed awareness, attunement into listening and touch. I am also completing a somatic education program for children mouvement development.

Individual treatments

Today, it is essential to have access to a healthy space for Regulation and Agency. Care pathways are individual across families, community and our lineage.
The search of a felt sense of equilibrium is my continuous journey, and I am keen on sharing some tools and senses of it.
Family sessions

Each member of the family can receive treatment, feel their need for space and re-attune to the collective their belong to. We discuss throughout. This can take many form through touch, movement, play… It feels important for me to understand our group dynamics because a regulated human relationships with others and nature are source of growth, sense of safe and flow.

IDME – Infant Development Movement Education

I need your help !
Currently completing an educator program training, I need parents and family to help me through my journey. We simply take 30 minutes to observe in a calm, nourishing and loving atmosphere your child playing. By simply observing, we let the little humans teaching us the most essential lessons of evolution. I take note for further supervisions and further progress into accompanying children into their patterns if impeded.
Making Health accessible:

I am interested in working in pair with a variety of people. It is in the collective that we find our strength.
Combining individual and family session in osteopathy within social services is a new approach that I am keen to develop.
This type of osteopathy can take the form of small-group workshops (see the ‘Workshop’ tab), regular drop-in sessions for half-days or full days. It can also be one-off events organised with or without appointments, offering family or individual sessions.

Workshops
I am currently training in somatic pedagogy, infant developmental movements and non-violent communication. I would therefore like to share my knowledge in small groups (baby and their parents, teenagers, adults, elders).

A workshop is tailored to the needs of a group and includes several parts:
– Theory, including an exploration of some of the body’s anatomical and physiological structures using visual aids.
– Examples and practical case studies
– Discussions and personal accounts
– A practical session: for example, breathing together, being guided through a sensory experience or a movement exercise.
– A group discussion to end.
The themes of the workshops vary and focus on how our bodies regulate themselves in relation to our environment.
– Breathing: from the cells to the diaphragm
– Space and presence: feeling safe in our body
– Feeling “grounded” in our body
– Our bodily responses vs our reactions.
– What is regulation in relation to one’s environment? How to feel at ease in one’s body and mind.
Through authentic movement, experimentation with the body, and the language of visible and invisible elements, we discover personal and collective resources.
By paying attention to our physical behaviour towards others, we regain control, protect ourselves and open up to others at the right moments.
Contact me and let’s discuss the options, terms and organisation of workshops!

Is the osteopathy with Aude for me?
Osteopathy can help relieve pain and discomfort while supporting a deeper connection with your body.
The goal of a session is to help you feel and embody how your body works and to provide you with tools to manage pain over time.

Pain is often experienced as both a physical sensation and an emotional response, designed to protect us. If you’re seeking greater self-awareness, I offer a mind-body recentering process through longer-term care. Together, we’ll explore creative, sensory ways to engage with your body’s subtle cues and unravel the patterns behind its pain and function.
Aude offers an inclusive, non-binary space based on active listening, discussing treatment options, and working together to reach a decision based on consent. No matter your background or history, you are welcome here. Appointments are scheduled based on your availability and your commitment to finding alternative solutions to your sudden, recurring or chronic issues.
What should I expect for the first session?
During a session with her, you can expect a blend of attentive listening, hands-on care, and collaborative problem-solving.
You will start with a chat about your health history and current concerns, followed by a few questions about how your body’s systems—like digestion, hormones, and circulation—are working for you.
After some tests, Aude listens to your body by placing her hands in various places and tailor your treatment in the moment. The latter is guided by your life story, what you and her feel from the body’s reflex patterns responses.
Aude uses a variety of techniques, including joints and muscle release, fascia therapy, drainage, cranio-sacral work, and biodynamic principles, always aiming to create balance and ease in the body to heal.
Before you wrap up, you will both take time to integrate what has been experienced, discuss follow-up options, and explore ways for you to stay empowered in your health with exercises or long-term plans. It’s all about working together to help your body find its natural flow.

Sessions typically last between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
What is the difference with physiotherapy, chiropractic treatments or massage?
Physiotherapy often focuses on exercises and strengthening to manage symptoms and improve function. It aims to recover injuries in the muscles or the soft tissues.Your GP usually refers you when your presenting complain is muscles and joint pain, or history of injuries.
Chiropractic relies on a well-placed crack to trigger your joints’ natural anti-inflammatory response—sometimes helpful, but not always a lasting fix. To aim similar principles, I investigate the ‘whys’, delving into the underlying fluidic dynamics and neurological mechanics and causes of your pain to treat it.
Massage improves soft tissue flexibility, reduces muscle tension. It also stimulates the lymphatic system, aiding in detoxification and boosting immune function while nourishing the skin. However, if pain persists, it’s wise to consult an osteopath to address the root cause and restore proper body mechanics.

What should I wear?
Feel free to wear whatever you’re comfortable in. The goal is to wear clothing that allows you to move freely during the session.

Philosophy of Care
Complexities: Aude views the body as a unified whole, where different systems continuously communicate and influence one another. Modern society is complex and evolving at an unprecedented rate. Osteopathy constantly reassesses itself to help clients adapt to the challenges of contemporary life.
Principles
- Body’s innate ability to self-heal within its environment
- Interaction of fluid dynamics, neurological tone, and musculoskeletal reflex patterns.
- Five E’s of Health: embodied, embedded, enacted, emotive, and extended.
- Self-Leadership 8 Cs (IFS model): curiosity, calmness, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, connectedness.
Her approach is primarily craniosacral (gentle touch), but she also incorporates a range of techniques, including structural, fascial, and soft tissue methods, as well as muscle energy techniques. Treatment is tailored to each person, based on their unique needs and what their body requires.
She looks forward to meeting and working with you and feels honoured to be part of your healing journey.

Origins
Wanderlust: Born in France, Aude began travelling while studying economics and languages. She gained independence through a variety of life experiences in different countries, communities, and settings. Among the places she has explored, she has spent a significant amount of time in Germany, Palestine, Nepal, India, Mexico, the USA, and the United Kingdom.
Passionate: Aude is often stirred by existential questions, and her search for answers leads her to explore diverse perspectives, unconventional ideas, and a wide range of experiences. Over time, she found her anchor in osteopathy—a field where the study of the human being is endless, where answers are as abundant as the questions, and where she can share her passion for reconnecting with nature through her encounters around the world.

Professional Rebirth

2018 – 2023. Aude starts studying at the Centre International d’Ostéopathie before integrating to the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent, UK.
2023- 2025. She graduates with a master’s degree and starts working in Norfolk alongside experienced osteopath Averille Morgan.
Her ongoing models and professional continuous development topics are:
– Integrated family system osteopath model (Averille)
– Understand embodied archaic reflexes.
– Understand trauma and reconstruct attunement and resilience
2025-2027. Aude is currently completing the BMC®* program to help babies, children, and families regulate themselves and rediscover comfortable, natural movements (Infant Developmental Movement Education)
Artistic Process:
Curiosity: the world is an eye-opener for her —a place where people express emotions through their cultural environments and connect with family and communities in diverse ways. That is how Aude gets inspired.
Creative: Aude has a passion for artistic self-development in its many forms. Through music, art therapy, dance, drawing, painting, and philosophy, she has developed a unique perspective on life, allowing her to offer holistic and creative support to her patients.
Education: Looking ahead, Aude envisions expanding her passion of body awareness and movements by facilitating Contact Improvisation group sessions, exploring Body-Mind Centering® from the Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen education school, and organising music events.

*Body-Mind Centering®, BMC®, and the Body-Mind Centering logo are registered service marks of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, used with permission.

Aude continues her professional development through mentoring, professional supervision, BMC, and reading the works of various authors and researchers.

Craniosacral therapy is a subtle, hands-on technique that works with the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By assessing and gently manipulating the cranial bones, sacrum, and connective tissues, this therapy aims to release restrictions, improve fluid circulation, and restore optimal functioning, supporting the body’s inherent ability to heal itself and maintain balance.

Ontology: The philosophical study of being, existence, and reality. It explores what entities exist, how they relate, and the nature of their being. Example: Heidegger’s Being and Time explores « Being » (Sein) as the fundamental question of philosophy.
Phenomenology: The study of structures of experience from a first-person perspective, aiming to describe consciousness as it appears. Example: Husserl’s Ideas introduces phenomenological reduction, setting aside assumptions to examine pure experience.
Emersiology: A term developed by Bernard Andrieu, focusing on how consciousness and experience emerge through the lived body. It contrasts with introspection by emphasizing the interaction between the body and environment. Example: Andrieu explores how bodily experience (e.g., in sports or sensory immersion) shapes self-awareness.
Ontogenetics: the study of the first six weeks of embryonic development, focusing on the formation, progression, and development of primary layers, cellular evolution, and the transformation of latent potential into material expression.
Embryology: the study of the anatomical and morphological characteristics of the embryo and fetus. From the union of the egg and sperm to the fertilized egg. From implantation through to preparation for childbirth. This includes the development of limbs and the roles of amniotic fluid, the yolk sac, and the intrauterine mother-child bond.
